Mini Meditation 2304 | Small Abstract Painting on Paper

Part of an ongoing series of works on paper, these Mini Meditations are small pockets of mindfulness for your home.

Small abstract paintings, using warm neutral colours contrasted with bold charcoal and black in quite minimalistic compositions. Pop’s of colour feature in many of this series, and this painting works with a soft warm yellow ochre. A stylish mid century feel to it.

This series of paintings are emotive, expressive pieces. Sometimes evocative of semi abstract landscapes. I wanted a softer, warmer collection of works for the winter, but still with the high contrast monochrome aesthetic that I love. Just a bit softer. 

Hopefully you can get a sense of peace, and a little moment of meditation. Almost like having a little checkpoint in your home to take a breath and soften.

All of my paintings are signed and dated, and include the title (written on the reverse) along with a stamp of authentication.

Paintings are wrapped in acid free tissue paper, and sent in a board backed envelope via Royal Mail. I will often try to reuse packaging where possible.
