Thinking about the breath as a constant lifeforce. Following the thread of the breath as it flows through the body, and has the ability to calm and settle the mind.

This collection of work is an exploration of these themes and the physicality of breathwork.

A moment to pause and take a breath.

A moment to wander amongst the marks and moods contained in the structure of the artwork.

All of my paintings are original one off pieces of art. Signed and dated, and include the title (written on the reverse) along with a stamp of authentication.
